DEA Advanced Narcotics Investigations

This was a one-week course providing traditional and specialized investigative techniques for advanced level drug investigations. Emphasis was placed on supervision and management of the full range of complex counter-drug investigations against transnational drug organizations involving host country training officials, prosecutors, and also welcomed judiciary magistrates in the training curriculum. Core topics included: international controlled deliveries, conspiracy investigation, practical or desktop exercises which demonstrated the need for cooperation in drug investigations. The course further integrated management workshops, operational planning, and host country law updates into a comprehensive curriculum.
